    Communication was prompt. Precise, professional and healpful.

    Property was in disarray. It really badly needed a repaint. It had idiots from the last tenant and I found a few belongings laying around. The washer and dryer were in pretty rough shape as well.

    It was not what was pictured online. The photos online were from 15 to 20 years ago. The carpet had been replaced a few renters before. The paint was mismatched when "touch up" was done. It was so worn it was black from hand prints. It didn't appear that a maid service has been there since the last tenant had left.
