Your comfort is our priority, and that's why we provide a dedicated parking space, a well-equipped gym to keep you active, a lovely picnic area complete with a BBQ for delightful outdoor meals, and a refreshing pool that overlooks the serene Intracoastal canal. Located just across the street from the dog-friendly Keating Park Beach, this apartment is a paradise for beach lovers and their furry friends. Inside, you'll find a luxurious king-size bed in the bedroom, where a balcony offers captivating views of both the pool and the Intracoastal. Entertainment is a breeze with smart TVs in both the bedroom and the living room. Need additional sleeping space? The sofa bed, equipped with a comfy topper, provides a perfect spot for extra guests. To make your stay even more enjoyable, we've thoughtfully provided courtesy cleaning supplies and toiletries. Your vacation starts here, where comfort and convenience meet coastal charm. Parking decal is available for $40 per stay. A pet fee of $100 is applicable for one pet up to 20 pounds. Condo approval is required at a cost of $100 per adult or per married couple. If the guest is not from the USA, an additional background check of $125 per application per adult is required. Smoking is not allowed inside, and a $450 fine will be imposed for violations. Early check-in or late check-out requests must be made in advance, with fees applicable depending on the duration. Lost items policy states that guests have up to 10 days to claim lost items. Package deliveries can only be made during your stay. White linens and towels are provided, along with cotton rounds or balls and cotton swabs for makeup removal. Any use of towels or linens for cleaning makeup or shoes will result in a charge for replacement: $5 per hand towel, $10 per bath towel, $25 per twin set, $40 per queen set, and $55 per king set. The apartment is equipped with a work desk and high-speed internet, making it ideal for remote work. A laptop computer is not included.
