Valencia Apartments

The Valencia Apartments a smaller quiet building in the desirable Eastlake neighborhood on a main bus line to Downtown, South Lake Union, and the University of Washington. The Valencia features updated kitchens with new cabinets, granite countertops and Wood Floors. Off street parking is available for a separate fee. The Eastlake neighborhood is home to lots of great places to eat within walking distance and is convenient to Interstate 5 for those who need to commute for work. Unit 22 is North facing unit and receives sublime natural light. There are laminate floors through out, vinyl in the kitchen and bath, and carpet in the bedroom. At the time of application, we require payment of the $25 application fee per person and a $1000 deposit that is then applied to the refundable security deposit upon approval. This building is no smoking and no dogs, cats are welcome.
