     Property

    Needs updating but really great character in the interior. I would suggest white paint and putting hardwood floors in the bedrooms, as most properties near here have a comparable price and have hardwood and updated appliances. Absolutely love the courtyard//apartment complex as a whole and also the neighborhood.
