Very open line of communication and was a pleasure to meet in person for the tour. Thank you again

     Property

Good condition and the place appeared as advertised. Didn't end up going for it for personal reasons.

     Property

Apartment was a bit dirty. The property appears nice enough although there are some odd people in the busy parking areas. Great location, except for the massive electric substation across the street.

     Management

I submitted an application and paid the fee. It took days to hear back, and when I did it was only from the agent telling me the property was given to a better applicant and then asked if I wanted to apply for other more expensive rentals. There was no indication that my app was even checked, so GoldenWest Management is likely just in the business of collecting application fees from qualified renters.
