I LOVE this place so much, the neighbors are kind, the sunsets are incredible (especially in February, and the beach is full of crabs, sand dollars, mussels, oysters, moon jelly fish, seals, and even otters. Take advantage of the pool and the kayak storage, drink a glass of wine and watch the sunset after a long day. Build a driftwood fort or a driftwood arbor for your garden plot. This place truly has everything to make your heart happy.
