Rent is $1,750 for the unit or $875 per bedroom. Rent will include trash and parking (2 parking spaces available per apartment). Tenants are responsible for electric, water and cable/wifi. Wifi service is a 500 mbps/Wifi 7 system that is $70/month and invoiced through tenant portal. Washer and Dryers included in each unit. This apartment complex allows pets up to 20 lbs only - $30/month pet fee and all animals must be approved prior to move in. Limit of 2 animals per apartment.
