Property
The property was rundown and dirty. The whole building seems to be at a slant and was very noticeable. The unit itself was old but they were in the middle of adding fresh paint. Some of the permanent fixtures were dated and/or cheap. They space size and layout were nice and the laundry was great. I feel that once they are done painting and hopefully doing a deep clean the unit is a good price given the prime location and size of the unit.
