Large renovated and fully equipped kitchen with everything you could need to enjoy your stay. Master bedroom has King size bed and guest bedroom has a queen size bed. A one time fee of $150 is also required for tenants insurance. 7 miles to Fort Myers Beach and everything you could need regarding groceries and pharmacies is minutes away. Restaurants and bars also minutes away.
