Renter is responsible for the electric bill. A deposit of first and last month's rent is due at signing. Rent paid after the 10th of the month will be considered late with $50 late fee assessed. No smoking will be allowed. A one time non refundable deposit of $100 will be required upon signing for pets. Small pets under 25lbs allowed for additional fee of $50 per month. One parking space in the front parking lot is assigned to the unit as well as the garage. Dryer vent cleaning will be required annually and paid for by renter. The lease duration will be on a 12 month duration. Credit check required.
