The living room includes a sofa bed, chair, 4K 55" HDR Smart TV, and coffee table. The fully equipped kitchen features a microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, toaster, coffee maker with coffee essentials, electric kettle, sink with hot and cold water, glasses, silverware, pots, pans, and a dining table with chairs. The bedroom features a king-size bed with pillows, linens, and sheets, as well as reading lamps. The inviting full bathroom is completely private and separated from the main room and is stocked with essential toiletries, including a bath with a shower, wash basin, mirror, toilet, towels, hand towels, washcloths. Parking is available on the premises, and instructions will be given at check-in. Pets are allowed depending on size or if they are service animals for an additional fee of $20 per night. To avoid having your reservation canceled, please inform us in advance and be honest about bringing a pet. There is a 2 pet maximum and only cats/dogs are allowed. Breed restrictions apply to Alaskan Malamute, Belgian Malinois, Boxer, Show Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherds, Husky Breeds, Pit Bull Breeds, Presa Canario's, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Terrier, and Wolf Hybrid. From this prime location, exploring Glendale and the surrounding region is easy and convenient. Guests must be 23 years old and above. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am every day, and noise complaints or any violation of this rule may result in cancellation of booking and removal from property without refund. There is a strict no-party policy, and if there is a party of any kind, the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, and there is a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property, including balconies and in or around the building, and if any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. If the noise monitors are tampered with, there will be a fee. If you bring pets without prior notification, there will be a fine of $500. You may be charged extra for cleaning if the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning. Lost or unreturned keys will incur a $500 fee. For delayed checkout, there will be a $500 late checkout fee.
