    We did want to highlight a few concerns we had during our walkthrough with the construction manager, Tony. While Tony was generally polite, our interaction left us feeling like our concerns were more of a bother than a priority. During the walkthrough, we pointed out a few issues that needed attention, and it seemed like Tony wasn’t particularly interested in addressing them in detail. One example was the condition of the back patio, which had noticeable marks in the concrete that appeared to be from power washing. Instead of providing a clear and honest explanation, Tony suggested that the marks were caused by a bug, which didn’t seem to be a plausible explanation and felt dismissive. Another issue involved the refrigerator. We noticed that the interior shelves were damaged, which gave the fridge a used look. Since the damage was on the inside, it was clear the fridge arrived in this condition, rather than being a result of delivery or installation. When we asked if we could receive a replacement, Tony told us that wasn’t possible and suggested we submit a service ticket to see what the manufacturer would do. This felt like an unsatisfactory response, especially given the condition of the appliance upon delivery. Ultimately, our experience with Tony during the walkthrough left us feeling like many of our concerns were brushed aside, and that the process was more about moving us along than genuinely addressing issues. It’s moments like these that made the entire home-buying experience feel more like "smoke and mirrors" than a transparent and customer-focused process. We hope future interactions can be more solution-oriented and honest, as it’s important to feel that our concerns are being taken seriously.

    I will say I love LGI homes because they are willing to work with customers who want to purchase the home for the first time, but speaking from my previous experience work from LGI homes, the different city in Texas. Their customer service is always superb. The law officers that are signed I’m very knowledgeable about Buying a home and I love the inspection to the whole property itself. I would definitely recommend LGI homes to anyone who wants to purchase a first time home and I just love the neighborhood too. It’s very quiet and peaceful and Dan if I ever want to continue with LGI homes I will definitely look at other home plans that LGI Offers !

    The quality of workmanship was extremely poor. Our backyard floods weekly, our water heater has to be reset daily, there mismatched paint filling holes. Extremely disappointed in the quality. If we weren't stuck we would move immediately.
