Overall it was a pleasant experience. We did have some let down when it came to some dry wall repairs that we were told would be fixed before we moved in but wasn’t. Also, some confusion when we were told to make a list of things that needed attention and report it after the first 30 days. We were under the impression this would be fixed but after further pursuing the issue we found out that it was now listed under the warranty and they have limits on how much could be fixed. He suggested waiting up almost a year and get most of them done then.
