Frank Veltri proudly builds today’s homes from “start to finish”. He’s personally involved in all aspects of creating and building a new home. With over 40 years of experience, he confidently works with qualified industry professionals from lot positioning, designing layouts that make sense to today’s homeowners needs, to constructing the home. He’s there “every step of the way”. Our new homes take longer to build compared to other new home builders because the Veltri group construct in proper sequence. Frank personally schedules and manages all trades and suppliers in an organized and timely manner and believes in “Quality not quantity”. Building in limited quantities means Frank can provide hands-on monitoring of trades and suppliers, confirming that members of the team have completed their work fully so that the home can move forward to the next stage. Their philosophy of “building it right the first time” means Frank is on site virtually every day so that he can inspect the new homes progress and provide insight into corrections or solutions to possible issues down the road.
