Overall was a good experience and was good value. Some lack of communication especially pre-construction. Had to ask for updates on a lot of items and timelines. End product was of good quality with only a handful of minor issues.

Clay from Omega and Shannon from Fairview were phenomenal. It wasn’t our first home, but it was our first time buying while half our family was in another state. House was a good design for our current circumstances, and fairly priced. We interviewed 3 other builders before making our decision, and it was well worth it. 

The process of buying with omega was so smooth! We got constant updates throughout the process and the superintendent was always there to also update us. Everyone was super friendly and even after moving in and having minor issues, omega was quick to fix the issue! 

All representatives we have worked with have been informative and helpful.

My experience with Omega, more specifically with my builder Ben was nothing short of amazing. All my concerns were addressed in a timely manner, even my inspector told me he hasn't seen a home built to this quality since he has been inspecting around the area. This of course was very pleasing to hear and validated our decision to buy Omega.

Love love love my new home! Bryan was a wonderful superintendent, and really took care with the build. He was even able to recommend some tradespeople for a couple extra jobs I needed done. The finishes turned out great! They are as nice or nicer than the finishes in my last home, which was much pricier. Omega really is a great value!
