Our overall experience with Providence has been wonderful. The sales representative superintendent and now Warranty contact have been great and responsive to work with. My biggest concern is the third-party HVAC company, airflow designs has not been the easiest to work with regarding an issue on their end during the building process. As a consumer, I would recommend contracting with a better HVAC company. 

Overall, a very easy and pleasant experience buying our first home. Everyone at providence was very helpful and the deal was made within a few days. Would 100% recommend providence homes to anyone looking. 

Overall value was decreased do to some of the lower end fixtures that were used.  Lights. Switches 
I found that some light switches were put in very odd places. Not where a light switch would be, Like right next to the door frame would be normal. 
Switches for ceiling fans in all bedroom and living room and loft would have been great as well. 

This home is the best! Workmanship is second to none.  From the moment I walked in I was absolutely impressed with the detail and quality. The orientation after the move was very informative. 

Really enjoyed working with Brandon, Jill & others 
They all were very knowlegable  and professional
