Everyone was extremely attentive to our needs and timeline.  The company was extremely tranparant with us along the process.  From the start of the process to the outcome we have been very happy.

Overall experience was excellent. Stepping Stone team is very responsive, very customer-oriented. They kept me updated each step of the way, every milestone and every little progress and for that, I truly appreciate the team. I particularly appreciated the service I received from the consultant / sales , the building / construction management and the warranty teams.

It was a very pleasant experience from the communication, care and attention giving to us.

Almost everything was a great experience. Very unhappy with the quality of trim painting throughout the home.

More fixing issues than I expected on a new build.

I listed the quality of the home as 4 out of 5 stars because there are small things after moving in that I realized are slightly annoying - and it’s all small things I wouldn’t have thought to have moved in the planning phase. Two examples: 1 - there is only 1 dining room switch and it’s in an odd location, not near the other switches at all. 2 - the location of the primary bedrooms light switch has a weird angle to it to account for the cornered door. I would’ve rather that wall be flush with the door as it’s a weird hand placement to turn on the switch.
