At Thrilled Home Builders, our story is woven from the legacy of Leadership Properties of Northwest Arkansas, a company synonymous with distinctive, elegant residential developments that harmonize with the breathtaking landscape of Northwest Arkansas. Founded in 2014 by partners Bob David and Julie Vaught, Leadership Properties embarked on a mission to create communities that resonate deeply with the people who call them home. From our original development project, Oak Tree Community in Centerton, through to the acclaimed Scissortail community in Cave Springs and Aurora community in Bentonville, our journey has been driven by a commitment to excellence, innovation, and the creation of meaningful connections.
