Please note that this is a 2 bed 1 bath apartment, you will get 1 Bedroom to yourself and share bath, kitchen and living room with me living in the other room or other guest. The apartment has a wash and dryer in the basement @ $2.50 per wash or dry. Both wash and dry cost $5. Only street parking is available with city permit but may use my parking spot for free when I travel. Hygiene and cleanliness is very important in this apartment. Its a must to keep it clean like you will leave here forever. Only singles and no couples allowed. Continious sleepovers are not allowed. Sublet: Occupy 1 room out of a 2 bedroom appartment
