Kepuhi Beach has a wonderful unground pool that is up by the ocean and in the winter months, you can watch them surf in front or see the whales breaching in the channel. Summer months are great for snorkeling and some times see dolphins in front. Small Sundry Shop is located at complex by the pool. HOA covers the water, electricity, trash, sewer, grounds and out side maintenance. BBQ in the grassy lawn for cooking up your fresh catch off the rocks in front. About 15 minutes to airport, 5 minutes to the Manulaoa Market and 25 minutes to the main town of Kaunakakai for your needs.
