I started installing a driveway, but my family moved out of the area so I had no further reason to ever to to Coupeville. Both water and electrical service are essentially on the property, but not hooked up. Lot is super flat so will require little dirt work. If visiting the property, it's at the corner of Nimitz and Lockwood...not the lot that is cut back, the one completely covered by blackberries starting at the utility pole with the numbers 12502 and going all the way back to the lot line marker. I had it listed for $24,500 and just got a lot of tire kickers. I don't really want to deal with a realtor and just kinda want it gone so I don't have to think about it anymore. Missed the window to donate it to charity for 2018, so I'm dropping it to what I believe is a silly price...should be pretty easy to make money on this one. I bought the place to build a tiny home here when I was living on my sailboat in Port Townsend and my parents lived here in Admiral's Cove, but now they live in Langely and I live on Vashon Island and I never ever get up to Coupeville. $9500 is a cash price. Again, this is kinda a silly price to drop this thing to (land directly next to this sold for $70K, and down Nimitz similar lot sold for $50K) so obviously I'm looking for a transaction with minimal effort on my side.
