The property also has the potential to provide future income from timber and pine straw production if the site is re-established in pine trees. The tract has 1.2 miles of county maintained road frontage and approximately 3.0 miles of interior roads that are in excellent condition. In addition to these amenities, an unusual cave exist on the property, where streams of water flow out of the earth and eventually drain back into the earth in this existing cave system. This feature is a rare geologic occurrence for this area of the state which also makes the property unique, interesting, and unusual. The topography of the land is very rolling with high ridges reaching up to an elevation of 300 which creates long panoramic views and provides excellent viewing and hunting of wildlife.
