    6.51 +/- acre recreational parcel located along the Wishkah River and within a 25-minute drive of the City of Aberdeen. It is also within 56 miles, or a 1 hour 26-minute drive, of the City of Olympia. The land is fairly level along the river and low to medium bank-frontage. There is good access from along the Wishkah Road and an existing roadway down to the river. The road is brushy and rutted but has a good rock base. An old shelter in poor condition is along the river. The parcel is located on a sharp bend in the river known as Lander's Hole and offers good bank fishing and swimming. The property would make for an excellent group camp site.
