I am a young professional working in finance who is looking to rent a room in my home. The house is currently under to contract and I will be closing mid December. The room will be available then. I am looking for someone who is quiet, clean and a non smoker, pets negotiable. The house is a 3 bedroom on the water in Portsmouth in a quiet neighborhood. I am an easy going person and work from home 5 days a week taking calls for my job. I'm not someone who throws wild party's but I might go out a few nights a week for drinks with friends. I typically get up very early in the morning and go to bed early and when I'm not working I'm usually out doing things with friends or family.
