It has about 740 square feet of space and has a fenced yard. The beautiful South Fork of the Cosumnes River goes through the grinding rock studded property. It's a lovely wading river to cool off on hot days. This clean country cabin is above the fog and (usually) below the snow. Ready for power outages also! 15 minutes to Plymouth, 10 minutes to Fiddletown one way, 10 minutes to Mt. Aukum the other. 35 minutes to Jackson, 40 minutes to Placerville, 45 minutes to El Dorado Hills. This home is currently for rent for $1350 per month for one, $50 for second person, $25 for small approved pet (ONE ONLY.) Tenants are screened by a professional property management service.
