I am relocating and looking for someone to take over the lease from my one-bedroom loft apartment in Carrboro, available August 1st. The date for availability could possibly be negotiable. Just let me know your timeframe and I can see what I can do. This apartment is in a great location close to UNC Chapel Hill and on the bus line. The neighborhood is pretty quiet and nice. Please text or email any questions you may have. I can give more information as needed. The apartment gives sort of a townhome fill. It is a loft, meaning the bedroom is located upstairs. The apartment is extremely spacious. Located upstairs is the bedroom, walk in closet, and full bathroom. Down stairs is a half bath, washer and dryer, kitchen, living room, and screened in balcony. I will operate on a first come, first served basis. SERIOUS INQUIRIES ONLY PLEASE Water is sub metered in rent based on use. The lease is a 12 month lease but by the time of takeover there will only be 6 months left. The lease ends in March but can be renewed. If interested. to apply there is a $50 application fee and $200 administration fee due when submitting application. If denied, $200 can be refunded back to you. Piedmont electricity, Spectrum, and renters insurance is required. Pets are allowed, there will be a pet deposit as well as monthly pet fee. Parking in front of building.
