    This is a good one! A nice flat 5 acre lot in my favorite part of Landers. Great views of Goat Mountain, the San Bernardino Mountains and the surrounding foothills. The property has a few large, mature Joshua trees on it, along with some younger trees and pups, but not enough in number that it would be hard to site a custom home. There is an old concrete slab left over from a homesteader cabin that has since been reclaimed by the desert. There are two power poles on the lot. Big Horn Desert-view Water District confirmed that a water meter is available to be installed at this location. Buyer to do all due diligence regarding the cost and terms of installing a water meter. Access via Sunset Mesa, a reasonably smooth unpaved road. It's far enough off of Reche to not hear any road noise but not a long 2 mile slog down a rock strewn dirt road either. It's a Goldilocks by location and number of Joshua Trees.
