The upstairs has a bathroom, three bedrooms, and a lovely porch. We use one bedroom for ourselves, the second bedroom for a guest room/office, and the third is a smaller bedroom, so we use it as a full-time office. There are two beds with bedframes in the house, but we occasionally use an air mattress to make the 3rd bedroom into a makeshift guest room. The first floor has a spacious living room, dining room, and kitchen in which we cook a lot :). A mudroom in the back entrance connects to the basement, with a washer and dryer. It is a superb location, just minutes away, walking from bookstores, museums, the library, coffee shops, restaurants, bike trails, a grocery store, pharmacies, the amtrak train, a 15-minute walk to smith college, and an 8-minute walk to the B43 bus that takes you directly to Umass Amherst. We are subletting the house because I will study abroad for the fall 2024 semester. Because of this, start and end sublet dates have some potential wiggle room. The family that owns the house are absolute gems, and it's important to us that whoever sublets the place will treat the house as a home :).
