    I am a recent graduate who is looking for someone to take over our lease of a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in Redwood City. It's an apartment part of Franklin Irvine Community. There is a pool, and a 24 hr gym. It's 3 blocks from the Caltrain, and is just a 15 min drive to Stanford's main campus. It's surrounded by phenomenal (+ reasonable) food. The apartment itself, has a balcony, and a full-kitchen. It's been a truly wonderful place to stay. There is a lot of natural light, and some stunning sunsets from your living room. The apartment comes with 1 parking spot. For a second car, there's plenty of spots in the overflow parking lot. There is central A/C and heating and an in unit washer/dryer. It's also pet-friendly. We've had 2 dogs in this apartment. It's been truly wonderful. We are looking for a move in date of Nov 1, 2021. The lease runs till March 15 2022. At that point in time, you can chose to renew the lease for your preferred length of duration. It's perfect if you want to move to Redwood City or the peninsular. It's a great deal, as rental prices for this place are much higher today. We are willing to furnish it for you if you'd like. It would include a couch, a bed, a desk and a stocked kitchen. No smoking allowed. Renter pays utilities based on usage including water and waste management directly to the unit. We would add you to our existing lease (we're moving out). That way you lock in the lower rental price until March 2022. At that point in time you can sign a new lease if you wish to continue staying in the apartment.
