AMAZING and charming light-filled stand-alone house in great location in Bernal Heights. Light all around and private. Perfect for covid :) Well designed space. Two bedroom home at 1150 sq foot. Living room, kitchen and breakfast/eating nook upstairs with large master bedroom (with deck) and bathroom. Downstairs has laundry and second bedroom with a large walk-in closet that some folks have used as baby room or office. Hard wood floors throughout. Large garage for 1 car and lots of storage (including utility sink). Nice details and lovely small yard with patio. Tons of light and great location - walking to Bernal Heights park and Cortland - and right by bus stop to Bart. Also really easy parking on the street (we never parked more than block away). And there is a full garage for one car (we rarely used it bc st parking so easy). Lots of storage in the garage too and an in garage utility sink for projects. We lived here for years and loved it. Great for small family (1 kid) and fabalous for couple - with in home office space. Really lovely design and very cozy. Great neighbors and neighborhood and easy walk to great outdoor space at Bernal Hill and Cortland We have not typically allowed - but up for discussion - but there are hard wood floors.
