We gladly accept Section 8 vouchers; however, all applicants must meet our standard rental qualifications, which apply equally to everyone. These include:
Minimum 680 credit score
$750 non-refundable move-in fee
First month's rent due at signing
Security deposit equal to 1.5 months' rent
These terms are non-negotiable.
We often receive requests from voucher holders asking if we can "work with them," but we are unable to make exceptions to these requirements.
To avoid any confusion or unnecessary showings, please consult your caseworker or program representative first to confirm your voucher can meet these terms before scheduling a tour or applying.
