The camp sits on a good sized lot, just waiting for your creative landscaping ideas. It has a nice size covered back porch. A portable Coleman gas grill is included as well. A portable fire pit lets you choose where you want to sit while enjoying your evening. You will enter into your 10x30 sunroom. Along with the bank of windows it has two sky lights which offer abundant light. For heating two baseboard units keep it toasty on those cool Maine mornings. A portable air conditioner and dehumidifier are also included. The roof was redone and flooring replaced in July of 2021. One bedroom with a queen size bed has a good size closet and plenty of cabinets for storage. A sleeper sofa as well as a high quality air mattress with frame allow sleeping for six. Kitchen has a 4 burner gas range. A microwave and refrigerator. Cabinets and a small pantry makes for adequate storage. Bathroom is modest but has a standard size commode, with a comfortable shower.   Park amenities include a heated inground pool, pavilion, pickleball and basketball courts, playground, game room, and fire pit. There is access to the Mousam River.  The park offers weekend food trucks and live music. Will transfer remainder of park fee with sale.
