Unit is close to immaculate with no cost spared as is our home, not treated as rental unit. Unit has attached garage, large drive way that could accommodate another two or three cars, and development has additional parking if needed. Renter responsible for all bills except taxes and association fees. Ideal tenant would be long term, and if agrees to 2 year contract, we'll drop rate to 2k/month and guarantee no increases for the next 10 years. None-destructive pets ok, limited by association to 2 cats + dogs, but will require an additional $500 security deposit.
