We take a single dog or cat on a case by case situation, There is parking available for $125.00 a month. It's a one year lease, the rent is $1950.00 per month. We require a security deposit of 1600 and a non refundable cleaning move out fee of 350.00. There is an open house this saturday and sunday at 5PM. Tenants pay for their own utilities, heat, hot water, cable. Landlord pays electric, sewer/water and trash pickup. Minimum one year lease.
