Cabin and boat house are completely wired and two generators are included. Complete set of manual and hand power tools included. Fully furnished with sofa, chairs, beds, kitchen table, bookshelves and cabinets as well as outside chairs and tables. Two gas refrigerators. Kerosene lamps for emergency or atmosphere. LOMA (Letter of Map Amendment) from FEMA has been obtained so no flood insurance is required on mortgage.
