Hello, we renting our venice beach house (JUST TO BE CLEAR WE TRY RENTING THE WHOLE BUILDING WITH THE ATTACHED UNITS BUT NOW WE ONLY RENTING THE HOUSE, THATS WHY WE REDUCED THE RENT BY 60000) the house 2 stories house 3 bedrooms 2 1/2 baths. with a master bedroom. the first floor is fully open space great open energy . (kitchen,living room, dining room and sun room) there are windows throughout the first floor . also there is a bedroom and a bathroom and shower in the first floor (we use it as an office) there is a central heating/cooling system for the first floor.and a separate one for the 2nd floor. the floor is a real real wood floor. the kitchen has a professional commercial Wolf stove ( makes the best burgers/ steaks etc.. ) plus a big mirror wall and a fire place area. a sun room and a bedroom with its own shower (brand new) on the 2nd floor there is the master bedroom/bathroom with a jacuzi/bath and an ocean view deck from the bedroom door. the 2nd bedroom on the 2nd floor has its own vintage bathroom... there is a lot of closets and storage room/space in the 2nd floor. there is also a gated yard to enjoy the outside... this is a great house and a great location ! perfect to experience the beach life and the Venice life... its a very sunny place with lots of lights coming in... (the blinds are blackouts) THE HOUSE COMES FULLY FURNISHED ! with 3 beds (1 in each bedroom) dining table, L shape couch and more.. there is washer and dryer in the house. there is a also a bench in the living room throughout the windows, great for hosting dinners etc... you can keep what you like or you can get the house not furnished . there is a 2 car garage for parking im the owner and if you have any questions feel free to give me a call or text. i will show the house in person. thank you for your time Yaniv regular normal 1 year lease
