The HOA registration packet includes a maximum of 8 wristbands. If your group exceeds 8 guests, additional wristbands can be purchased at the pool clubhouse for $10 per person per day. The clubhouse is open daily from 11 AM to 7 PM. The primary guest listed on the reservation must complete a simple screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Your reservation is not confirmed until these steps are completed. Once verified, guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes agreeing to rental terms and conditions, providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in, and paying a non-refundable $50 damage waiver. The damage waiver covers accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to check-out.
