The first floor includes an open floor plan with fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, and large living room. There is a washer/dryer included as well. There are two bedrooms located on the first level, each sharing a full bathroom between them. The primary bedroom (located upstairs) has its own private balcony with its own private bath. A tenant is responsible for oil (heat source) but all other utilities are included (no cable, just internet). ONE small dog may be negotiated with a pet deposit/pet agreement.
