Dimensions: 12.5ft x 13.5ft; fits a queen/king size bed and more comfortably The apartment is in a residential area - close to parks, convenience stores, grocery store, etc. Davis Square is a 7 minute walk away - lots of restaurants, bars, shows, etc. Available 8/1. Moving in the last couple weeks in July is possible too for a prorated rate. Rent is $850 a month plus utilities (~$30-$70 depending on the month) and internet (~$16) Lease is month to month.
