    3 Bedroom 2 Bath House in West Asheville. Fully furnished and all utilities are included: water, trash, sewage, FAST wifi, electric, and lawn care. Please tell me a bit about yourself and your situation - how many people and who are they FIRST before trying to schedule a viewing. We need to chat some to see if it's a fit. THANK YOU. This is a fully private space. You have a lovely covered front porch with table and chairs to enjoy the outdoors. Available December 1 for as long as you like. I'm looking for someone to sign a year's lease and the $2150 is reflected in that longer stay. If you sign a year's lease and you need some of the furniture moved out, we can talk about that. I am flexible with the move-in date too. If staying shorter than 4 months, add on $100 per month ($2250). 4 months to less than one year add $50 ($2200). The pictures are just about accurate, but there is another desk in one of the guest bedrooms (total of 3 desks and a large kitchen table). One king (plush), one queen (firm), and one full bed (plush). and since day one are protected with bedbug covers that are washed in between tenants and guests. *NO PETS Full House: $2150 all inclusive 2 people max - 2 car max. if just one person, I can reduce it the rent a bit ($1900). If three people with only 2 cars, it is $2400. Everyone who stays here loves it due to the decor, layout, privacy, quiet, and beauty. There are 3 smart TVs and 3 desks (one in the 2 bedroom suite, one in the master, and one in living room), along with a large kitchen table. The kitchen is fully equipped with just about everything you need. You may not invite people who are not on the lease/agreement into the house for longer than a couple of days/night without prior permission. This is also a green synthetic fragrance free home. *No smoking inside or outside *No heavy fragrances, perfumes, or plug-in air "fresheners" nor laundry detergents like Tide/fragrancy. These scents linger on furniture, walls, and linens and many people are sensitive. Essential oils are fine or natural products. I do provide cleaning products that are in the house when you arrive. Ideally you already live this way, but if not and are open to it, I have suggestions. This is best for a couple or two housemates/travel nurses. There is a split floor plan with 2 bedrooms and one bath on one side and master on the other - also a deadbolted solid core for the 2 bed suite...acting like an private apartment giving space. There is a large outdoor area to enjoy too including a covered front porch with bistro table. And a nice backyard with a covered and screened in porch (separate building from house). This house is situated in a lovely walkable neighborhood set in West Asheville near Pizza Mind and Archetype Brewery. The house itself is set back on a cul-de-sac and very private and quiet. There are lots of restaurants, breweries, and cafes within walking distance. Mission hospital is 3.0 miles away. There isn't any flood damage in this part of town (West Asheville) nor in the house itself. Would require renter's insurance which is only about $20 a month. All inclusive as the ad says. Minimum 3 months. The longer stay discount is already included in the advertised price if you sign a year's lease.
