Great property inside and out. Owner's son is a contractor in Kennebunkport (15 minutes away) and is the property manager if any issue arises. Utilities included. Plowing is included. Renter is responsible for shoveling the walk. Renter is responsible for putting the trash and recycle out on the road by the mailboxes. Any damages will be subtracted from security deposit.
