The large, sunny kitchen and dining area boasts a country farm style table with seating for 6, island seating for 3, and all of the modern appliances and utensils needed to prepare a simple or gourmet meal. Bright natural light fills the living room, which is equipped with a large Roku smart tv, gas fireplace, recliners and leather couches. Open the windows and front door, turn on the ceiling fans for a wonderful ocean breeze. Home is very clean and well cared for. We're pet friendly for an additional fee, plus we have a shared, fenced in backyard with a grill! Washer and dryer in house. Small porch in the back and a very cool patio in the front facing J Street. Parking in the driveway next to the house for two vehicles. No smoking in unit. Security deposit and first month rent due at signing. Tenant responsible for gas and electric. Tenant responsible for putting trash bins out for pickup.
