We are leaving our lease early and moving due to a new job in a different state, and looking for someone to take over our lease in downtown Biddeford in late December or January 1. The current lease is through July 31, 2026 and if desired, can then be extended on a yearly basis. This 2 bedroom apartment is generous in size and full of light. The view is towards downtown Biddeford, and the walk to downtown is only 10 minutes. There is 1 garage space included and plenty of on-street parking additionally. There are hookups for a washer and dryer, and we may be able to sell you ours, if you don't have your own. The price of heat is included in the rent! Tenant pays electricity and internet. Per the landlord's requirements, new tenants must have: Credit score of 650 or higher Income at least 2.5x the monthly rent No past evictions or convictions Positive Landlord reference (2-year+ rental history) No smoking Owner pays water and heat.
