1920's Bungalow in the heart of Downtown. Hardwood floors, large front porch, blocks from downtown. Did not flood or sustain damage during Helene. Charming old home in the center of town on a dead end street. There are four rooms that are typically used as bedrooms (only three have closets in them and the fourth has the closet just outside of the room) and two bonus rooms. There is a laundry room as well. Currently the City of Asheville's water is not working but hopefully it will be restored before the home becomes available to rent and move in. It is one day at a time here in Asheville so the move in date is a moving target at this time. Hoping for November 1st but we'll see.
