The back half of our property, beyond our lawn and patio is .4 acres or so of forested wetland. We're in northern Merrimack, nestled in a quiet neighborhood off Back River Rd. It's $2,100 a month, utilities included. We have WIFI. There is no public trash pickup; we take the garbage and recycling to the transfer station. We'd like to have it occupied January 1st or 15th. 1 year lease. We require a $2,100 security deposit. We're looking for quiet professionals who are neat and enjoy their privacy. My fiance and I live in the primary unit. Monthly rent includes utilities. Homeowners pay for electric, oil, water, and WIFI. Lease is for 12 months. Homeowners occupy the primary unit.
