Each of the four cabins features deluxe bedding, a full bathroom, tea and coffee service, and a patio. The newly renovated barn offers four twin bunk beds, a full bathroom, a foosball table, a dartboard, a smart LED-TV, and a spacious living room. Pets are welcome with a fee, not to exceed four pets. Guests are encouraged to bring their own supplies for the fire pit and adhere to any county burn bans. Kayaks are available for river access, but guests must provide their own life jackets. Pool rules include a $500 fine if pets enter the pool area. The property is located 10 miles west of the town of Llano and 70 miles west of Austin. A car is necessary to explore the area, with a great barbecue and general store 8 miles west in the village of Castell, TX, and live music about 30 miles northwest at Hilltop Cafe. The Llano area also boasts four wineries and a distillery. Smoking is not allowed, and gun shooting is prohibited on the property. Access is easier with larger vehicles due to road conditions. The pool heater may struggle to maintain temperature below 45F, and it cannot function below 35F. HVAC settings should not exceed 76F for heating or drop below 68F for cooling. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. This rural property may have limited services compared to urban settings, including cell phone and delivery services.
