Right before we bought this house, the former owners invested about 12,000 back in to it with a new roof, new carpet, new windows..we have since added a chain link fence, a carport, and taken down a few menacing trees! We also added new lino to the kitchen and laundry room and have put new carpet in the living room and hall.
