Downstairs has a comfortable kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, dining and living room with the separate office. This apartment has its own private basement for storage. It is a newer building, built in 2004 and has a huge parking lot to the side. The sloping woods to the back of the building offer a secluded feeling despite being right in the middle of Johnson, and very close to the college.
