The location is ideal - walking distance to many local restaurants and the train station. Aurora offers multiple parking options - all operated by city law (we own no parking rights). This unit in particular is a roomy studio has large windows letting in plenty of daylight and is equipped with a new fridge and like-new stove range. THERE IS A $50 NON-REFUNDABLE BACKGROUND CHECK FEE DUE AT APPLICATION. We prefer one year lease agreements, but are willing to be flexible. No pets and no smoking. All utilities are included in the rent cost, with the exception of a $50 A/C charge in the months of June, July, and August if there is a window unit present. (Window units are the responsibility of the tenant.) Overnight parking is available in the lot behind the building (Lot E) and costs $15 for three months - all parking is the responsibility of the tenant and is handled directly with city.
