THERE IS A $50 NON-REFUNDABLE BACKGROUND CHECK FEE DUE AT APPLICATION. We prefer one year lease agreements, but are willing to be flexible. No pets and no smoking. All utilities are included in the rent cost, with the exception of a $50 A/C charge in the months of June, July, and August if there is a window unit present. (Window units are the responsibility of the tenant.) Overnight parking is available in the lot behind the building (Lot E) and costs $15 for three months - all parking is the responsibility of the tenant and is handled directly with city. Our offices are located across the street. You can call or text me any time between the hours of 8am & 4pm Mon-Fri for a walk through. After hours may be accepted if scheduled ahead of time.
