We understand that your dog/cat is family. We welcome indoor pets only. We're surrounded by open space and are frequently visited by coyotes. We would like to meet your dog as a condition before renting to you. Dog must not be left outside when you are not at home.
We have other conditions in our lease agreement but we're flexible and reasonable. We want you to be happy in our in-law unit.
Owners are responsible for water and garbage; Renter pays cable, internet, and PG&E. We can provide guidance on how much these run per month, based on our previous tenant.
Owners also pay for professional landscaping of the renter's private outdoor space.
